i was damn so happy with the results of my last months metrics. in our company, just like studying, we have some grades to meet. i was consistent to meet our monthly metrics and fortunately was able to bumped in being number 2 in our cluster. when i saw my name, i thought it was for a different area but it wasn't. all along with me was a group of other agents as well who's more tenure in the company. i would admit that i did have a hard meeting those, but i think it did paid off. now i'm just thinking and working for consistency. this will be my foundation to reach and have a career growth which i was looking for.
Just like what our former Supervisor use to tell us, "Skill and Will is the secret for Success".
